Data protection
The protection of your personal data is particularly important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the statutory provisions (GDPR, Telecommunications Act TKG 2003). This data protection information serves to inform you about the most important aspects of data processing in the context of this website.
Contacting Us
If you contact us using the form on the website or via email, the data you provide will be stored with us for six months for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent. Data regarding name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are stored until the end of product liability (10 years). All data is processed according to the legal provisions of § 96 Paragraph 3 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for the fulfillment of the contract) of the DSGVO.
Cookies
This website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files that are stored on your end device with the help of the browser. They do no harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. If you do not agree with this, you can set up your browser to inform you about the use of cookies, enabling you to only allow them in individual cases. If cookies are deactivated, the functionality of the website may be restricted.
Web Analysis
This website uses functions provided by the Google Analytics web analysis service. For this purpose, cookies are used to enable an analysis of the use of the website by its users. The information generated in this way is transferred to and stored on the provider's server. You can prevent this by setting up your browser so that no cookies are saved. We have concluded a corresponding contract for order data processing with the provider. Your IP address is recorded but pseudonymised immediately [e.g. by deleting the last 8 bits]. As a result, only a rough localisation is possible. The relationship with the web analytics provider is based on Privacy Shield. Data is processed on the basis of the legal provisions according to Section 96 Paragraph 3 Telecommunications Act TKG and Art 6 Paragraph 1 lit a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR. Our concern within the GDPR (legitimate interest) is an improvement of the service provided and the website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymised. User data is kept for a period of 26 months.
Your Rights
Your Rights In principle, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transferability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in any way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority.
